・チェックインは15〜10分前に到着してください。

マッサージセッションは予定された時間に速やかに終了します。遅刻しても、セッションの全額を負担してください。

・ハレ リュミエール ハワイ スパは24時間のキャンセル/再スケジュールポリシーを守っています。セッション開始時間の24時間前にキャンセルまたは再スケジュールが行われた場合、セッション料金の合計が請求されます。

・15分以上遅れて、クリニックに通知するために電話をしなかった場合、セッションはキャンセルされ、「ノーショー」とみなされます。

・予約の「ノーショー」には、スケジュールされたセッションの合計料金が請求されます。

・18歳未満のお客様は、マッサージ期間中、マッサージエリアに親/保護者がいる必要があります。

・万が一、私の体調不良などでご予約をキャンセルさせていただく場合には、できるだけ早くご連絡を差し上げ、別の日程でのご予約変更を丁寧にご案内させていただきます。

ご予約が確定した時点で、当サロンのキャンセルポリシーにご同意いただいたものとさせていただきます。

【クライアントの責任】

クライアントは私物に責任を負います。

クライアントは、マッサージセラピストに服用している病状と薬、およびマッサージに対する既知の影響を通知する責任があります。

In accordance with our cancellation policy, we require credit card information to confirm your reservation.

Please rest assured that your information is safely protected and will not be charged without your consent.

・A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

・Please arrive 15-10 minutes early to check-in.

・Massage sessions will end promptly at the scheduled times. If you are late, you are still responsible for the entire fee for your session.

​

・Hale Lumiere Hawaii spa observes a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If a cancellation or reschedule is made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the session will be charged the total session rate.

・Your session may be cancelled if you are 15 minutes or more late and have not called to alert our clinic and will be considered a “No-show”.

​

・No-shows” for appointments will be charged the total fee for their scheduled session.

​

・Any client under 18 years old is required to have a parent/guardian present in the massage area for the duration of the massage.

​

・Should I need to cancel your appointment due to illness or other unexpected reasons, I will do my best to inform you as early as possible and assist you with rescheduling at your convenience.

Refounds

・Hale Lumiere Hawaii spa has a no refund policy on services completed. All of our service fees are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

・The client is responsible for their personal belongings

・Client is responsible for informing the massage therapist of any medical conditions and medications which they are taking, and any known implications for massage
